I changed my power provider about 2 months ago when I moved house. I never expected that I could get a service like this from a power supplier. Every time I had a request, I needed to make a call and wait in a queue. Discovery Energy agent is very responsive and easily accessible through messages. For the last 2 months, I was never ignored and the agent, Kris responded to even very small queries. I am installing a solar panel and need to change the plan soon. However, nothing is worrying. They are very much reliable.
