Have edited my response to 5* based on the service of Kris Lee- she is lovely and she never fails to give the best customer service possible!! My first bill was very reasonable, and I like being able to track my usage daily. Previously had not been connected as there was some issue on their side. The issue was sorted out, a $50 gift card or discount (if I chose to be connected) was given - I connected with them after having been given better service.
