How to join

1. Share the Discover Energy Event Post (Christmas and New Year Wishing Well 2021-2022) on a Discover Energy approved social media platform

2. Upload your sharing screenshot to our event page

3. Fill in your Christmas and New Year Wish list with 3 wishes (Up to the value of $300,$150 and $50 wishes respectively)

4. The above steps must be completed by Midnight AEST, 3rd January 2022

Event Rules

1. This Christmas and New Year Wishing Pool Promotion 2021-2022 is valid from 20th December 2021 to 3rd January 2022, both dates inclusive ("Promotional Period") unless otherwise stated, and is offered by Discover Energy.

2. To be eligible to join the promotion, participants must share the nominated official poster from Discover Energy on the eligible social media site of their choosing. Eligible social media sites are

Lottery Rules

1. This promotion is restricted to Australian residents only. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

2. General public participants in this event will receive 1 entry only into the lottery.

3. For customers who join Discover Energy (customers who successfully sign up to a Discover Energy electricity or gas account during the event period) or current Discover Energy customers who successfully refer friends to join Discover Energy during this period, they will receive 2 additional entries into the lottery.

4.Participants can only write down one gift on each wish level.

5. 5 Christmas Wish draws and 10 Energy Credit draws will be selected by random lottery from the pool of entries on 4th of January 2022 and will be notified via email.

Total value of Christmas Wish draws are $600. The prizes are below

1 x Christmas wish ($300 RRP value equivalent)

1 x Christmas wish ($150 RRP value equivalent)

3 x Christmas wish ($50 RRP value equivalent)

6.The prize cannot be cashed out. If eligible winners write cash as a wish, Discover Energy will give a gift card equivalent of equivalent value to customers. Discover Energy reserves the right to select this substitution.

7.For energy vouchers prize winners, energy vouchers can only be redeemed with a Discover Energy’s electricity or gas account.

8.Multiple prizes cannot be won. A winning entry can only be drawn once per person.

9.The winner can nominate themselves as the recipient of the prize, or nominate one other individual to receive the prize.

10.Nominated addresses must be metropolitan addresses in Australia.

11.These prizes cannot be exchanged for cash

12.The prize winner must inform Discover Energy of the nominated address by 11.59pm, 7th January 2022. If Discover Energy does not receive this information by the stated time, Discover Energy reserves the right not to honour the delivery.

13. Discover Energy is not liable for delays or errors in delivery.

14.Discover Energy reserves all rights to interpretation of the event.

15.Discover Energy reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions, or withdraw or alter the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

16. In case of a dispute, the decision of Discover Energy shall be final.
